One thing to keep in mind when considering the Title 24 requirements for your latest construction project is that the standards for residential construction and commercial construction are different. The current Building Energy Efficiency Standards were created in 2008, and there are separate Title 24 California Compliance Manuals for residential and nonresidential construction.
